Noel Garcia and Bryan McCormick built 12West Brewing on authenticity and inclusivity. What started as a kitchen homebrew experiment a decade ago fermented into a full blown obsession. From batch No.1, that fateful concoction inspired Noel, the head brewer, to pursue perfection.

Beyond staples on tap that have been painstakingly fine-tuned, Noel funnels his creative drive into an ambitious experimental program. 12West sources local ingredients like blood oranges picked from trees at Agritopia and has gone to such lengths as culturing its own yeast strains from citrus on the farm.
