You may not know Erin and Chad, but if you frequented the Gilbert Farmers Market, you likely knew Mabel - a 1968 Avion travel trailer turned into an aluminum organic eatery haven. For four years Erin and Chad have served plant-based, seasonal dishes that nourish the body, mind and soul. Now, after perfecting their menus and building a following of enthusiastic eaters, they’ve expanded into their first brick-and-mortar location at Barnone.

Their local-focused, organic dishes source fresh produce from The Farm at Agritopia and draw inspiration from global cuisine. Erin and Chad are dedicated to showing people all that food can be - more than a means of sustenance. The Uprooted Kitchen is chock full of plant-centric cuisine that doesn’t compromise on flavor.
